Expertise without humility gets people hurt. I’d rather be wrong and repair it than be right and reckless. Every room, every role, every challenge is different and pretending otherwise is reckless. What I am is prepared, curious, and committed to doing the work alongside you. An expert on humans is God — which I am not.

I'll Build Bridges
Because people don’t need more jargon — they need more connections. I use analogies to make complexity feel familiar, helping people learn faster, deeper, and with more confidence.

Redemption Over Retribution
I’ll call it out, but I won’t cancel you. I believe in course correction, not character assassination. I don’t see every misstep as a moral failure — just a missed opportunity to lead better. We all get it wrong sometimes. What matters is whether we’re willing to learn, listen, and do better. I tell the truth, offer a new perspective, and extend the same grace I’d hope to receive.
